Why we publish our prices
No other coffee machine workshop in Kraków publishes prices. We think that is an unnecessary asymmetry: you bring the machine in without knowing whether the repair will cost a hundred zloty or six hundred. We state the rates plainly so you can judge whether a repair is worth it before leaving home. The prices in the table are final for typical cases — if the diagnosis turns up something unusual, you hear about it before work starts, not after.

What it covers
Fault diagnosislabour20–50 PLN
Diagnosing a coffee machine costs between PLN 20 and 50, and the fee is deducted from the repair cost if you decide to go ahead. We test the machine on the bench, identify the cause of the fault and give you a firm quote before any work begins.
- Functional test of every circuit in the machine
- Reading error codes from the control board
- Assessment of the brew unit, pump and thermoblock
- Firm repair quote before any work starts
Brew unit seal replacementlabour50 PLN
Replacing the brew unit seals costs PLN 50 and is the most common fix when a machine starts leaking or brewing weak coffee. Worn seals let water bypass the coffee puck, which drops the brewing pressure.
- Removing and washing the brew unit
- Replacing the full set of seals
- Lubrication with food-safe grease
- Pressure leak test
Brew unit reconditioninglabour90–120 PLN
Reconditioning the brew unit costs between PLN 90 and 120 and restores the part that fails most often in an automatic machine. A jammed or seized brew unit is the usual reason for an error message and a refusal to brew.
- Complete disassembly of the brew unit
- Removal of coffee residue and oils
- Replacement of seals and wear parts
- Adjustment and load testing
Descaling and chemical cleaninglabour150 PLN
Descaling a coffee machine costs PLN 150 and covers chemical removal of scale from the entire water circuit, not just running the menu programme. Scale in the thermoblock and hoses lowers brewing temperature and eventually kills the pump.
- Descaling the thermoblock and full water circuit
- Chemical cleaning of coffee residue
- Water filter cleaning or replacement
- Temperature and pressure check afterwards
Grinder repair and replacementlabour, parts billed separately · parts 70–150 PLN250 PLN
Grinder repair costs PLN 250 for labour plus PLN 70–150 for parts, depending on the burr model. Worn burrs make the grinder loud, produce an uneven grind and weaker crema; a foreign object can jam it completely.
- Grinder assembly removal and inspection
- Removal of foreign objects and debris
- Burr or motor replacement if needed
- Grind size calibration
Electronics and main board repairlabour, parts billed separately · parts 300–500 PLN250–300 PLN
Electronics repair costs PLN 250–300 for labour, with parts from PLN 300 to 500 if a module has to be replaced. Where it makes economic sense we repair the board at component level instead of swapping the whole controller.
- Controller and power supply diagnostics
- Component-level repair where economical
- Module replacement when repair is not viable
- Extended test run after the repair
Pump replacementlabour and parts included330–380 PLN
Pump replacement costs between PLN 330 and 380 including the part. A worn pump is loud, produces no pressure and a thin stream of coffee — usually the result of years running on hard water without descaling.
- Fitting a new pump
- Water circuit inspection and cleaning
- Checking valves and hoses
- Pressure measurement after the swap
Thermoblock or boiler replacementlabour and parts included330–350 PLN
Replacing a thermoblock or boiler costs between PLN 330 and 350 including the part. A failed thermoblock shows up as cold coffee, no steam or a temperature error — scale build-up is the usual cause.
- Thermoblock or boiler replacement
- Replacing heating circuit seals
- Descaling the remaining circuit
- Brew temperature measurement afterwards
Periodic servicelabour and parts included450 PLN
A periodic service costs PLN 450 and covers technical maintenance of the whole machine: seal replacement, lubrication, cleaning and inspection of every component. We recommend it every 10–12 months — far cheaper than the breakdown it prevents.
- Seal replacement in the working assemblies
- Lubrication of moving parts
- Cleaning the water and milk circuits
- Pump, thermoblock and grinder inspection
- Brew pressure and temperature measurement
Full strip-down cleanlabour and parts included650 PLN
A full strip-down clean costs PLN 650 and means dismantling the machine down to the last component. It is for older or neglected machines where coffee residue and scale have reached everywhere — afterwards the machine runs like new.
- Complete disassembly of the machine
- Washing and chemical cleaning of every component
- Descaling the entire water circuit
- Replacement of worn seals
- Reassembly, calibration and final test
Your machine can work properly again
