How to get your machine to us

Choose the most convenient route. If you ship the machine, secure its tanks and moving parts carefully.

  1. In person

    Bring the machine to Wielicka 73/224, staircase 8, during opening hours. Please call ahead — we will prepare a bench and keep your visit short.

  2. By courier or parcel locker

    We accept shipments from anywhere in Poland. Before sending, empty the water tank, drip tray and grounds container, and pack the machine in a box with padding. Call before posting — we will assess over the phone whether the repair is worth it.

  3. Collection from your address

    Possible once the date and terms are agreed by phone in advance. This is not a standard service — scope and cost are arranged case by case.

Before you call

We repair only Saeco, Philips, Nivona and Melitta machines. If yours is another make, call anyway — we will not take it in, but we will point you somewhere useful in Kraków. We would rather save you the trip.
