About us
We are an independent coffee machine workshop in the Podgórze district of Kraków. We repair four brands — Saeco, Philips, Nivona and Melitta — and deliberately decline the rest. We publish a full price list, give a 12-month guarantee and hold a 5.0 rating from 133 Google reviews.
How we work
The price before the repair, not after
Diagnosis costs PLN 20–50 and is deducted from the repair cost. We give the quote before any work starts and it is binding. If you decline after the quote, you pay only for the diagnosis and collect the machine untouched.
Four brands instead of twenty
A narrow focus means parts on the shelf rather than a week of waiting, and familiarity with the faults that recur year after year in these designs. If your machine is another make, we will say so on the phone rather than waste your trip.
Twelve months of guarantee
The industry standard is three to six months. We give two to four times longer, because a repair that comes back in half a year was not a repair. The guarantee covers the work done and the parts we fitted.
Repair over replacement, where it pays
We try to fix control boards at component level instead of swapping the whole module. But if the repair cost approaches the value of the machine, we will say so plainly — even when that means we do not earn from the job.
An independent workshop
Our name contains the word "Saeco" because that is the brand this workshop was built around — but we are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer, and we do not want anyone to be mistaken about that. In practice this carries one important caveat: if your machine is still under factory warranty, a repair here could void it. In that case we will tell you on the phone and send you to an authorised centre rather than take the job.
