The machine is leaking

A leaking machine usually comes down to worn brew unit seals, and replacing them costs PLN 50. Less often the source is a cracked hose or a leaking valve. It is worth acting quickly — water dripping onto the electronics turns a cheap repair into an expensive one.

Check this yourself first

Some faults you can clear yourself. If none of this helps, we know where to look.

  1. Establish whether water appears during brewing or also when idle
  2. Check the drip tray is not simply overflowing
  3. Check the water tank is seated properly and its seal is intact
  4. Unplug the machine if water is appearing under the housing
