Postal coffee machine repair
We accept machines for repair from anywhere in Poland. You send the machine by courier or parcel locker to our Kraków workshop, we diagnose it and give a binding quote before any work starts, then ship it back to your address. Every repair carries a 12-month guarantee.
How it works
Call or fill in the form
Describe what the machine is doing. We use that to judge whether a repair is worth it — sometimes we advise against shipping, because the repair would approach the value of the machine.
Pack and send
Empty the water tank, drip tray and grounds container, then pack the machine in a padded box. Detailed packing instructions are on a separate page.
Diagnosis and quote
Once it arrives we diagnose it and call you with a binding quote. We start no work before you agree.
Repair and return shipping
We repair, test and ship it back to your address. Return shipping terms and cost are agreed when we take the job.
When shipping makes sense — and when it does not
Shipping pays off for repairs costing clearly less than the machine is worth — brew unit reconditioning, workshop descaling, a pump or grinder replacement in a mid-range or premium machine. On a cheap machine from years back, return postage plus the repair can exceed the price of a new one. We will tell you that on the phone before you send anything — including when it means we do not earn from the job.
Prices are the same as for Kraków customers
We add nothing for handling customers outside Kraków. The only difference is postage, agreed when we take the job.

Diagnosis costs PLN 20–50 and is deducted from the repair cost if you decide to proceed.
Which brands we accept
Only Saeco, Philips, Nivona and Melitta. Before sending another make, call us — we will not take it in, and shipping an unrepaired machine back is an avoidable cost.
Saeco
We service every generation of Saeco machine — from older Incanto and Lirika models to current GranAroma and Xelsis. Saeco is the brand this workshop was built around, so we keep parts, service documentation and hands-on experience with the faults that recur in these designs.
Philips
We service every type and generation of Philips coffee machine: EP and LatteGo fully automatic machines, Baristina, Barista Brew semi-automatic machines, SENSEO®, L’OR Barista and Cafissimo systems, filter coffee makers and Turkish coffee makers. We diagnose each platform by its own design — from brew units and grinders to pumps, heaters, valves and electronics.
Nivona
We service Nivona CafeRomatica machines from the 5xx through the 10xx series. Nivona machines are solid and long-lived but sensitive to water quality — the vast majority of the jobs that reach us come from a scaled-up water circuit, not from mechanical wear.
Melitta
We repair Melitta Caffeo, Barista, Purista and CI Touch machines. Melitta designs differ from the Philips-Saeco platform in their brewing and grinding assemblies, so they need different parts and a different service approach — we work with them regularly.
