How to get your machine to us
You can bring the machine to Wielicka 73/224 in person, or send it by courier or parcel locker — we accept shipments from anywhere in Poland. Collection from your address is possible, but only once the date and terms have been agreed by phone in advance.
In person at the workshop
The simplest route if you are in Kraków. Bring the machine during opening hours — we will look at it straight away, and if the fault is obvious we can often tell you what to expect on the spot.

By courier or parcel locker
We accept shipments from anywhere in Poland. Call before posting — we will assess over the phone whether the repair is worth it, so you do not pay to ship a machine that is not worth fixing.

How to pack a machine for shipping
Most transport damage comes down to two things: water left inside, and loose parts knocking against the housing.
- Empty the water tank, drip tray and grounds container. Water that spills in transit lands straight on the electronics.
- Remove the bean hopper or empty the beans out — loose beans in the box can jam the mechanisms.
- Take out the brew unit if your model allows it and pack it separately. It is the most expensive moving part in the machine.
- Wrap the machine in bubble wrap and place it in a box padded on all sides. It should not shift when you shake the box.
- Include a note with your name, phone number and a short fault description — or your job number if you used the form.
